What is TSCA?

TSCA is short for The United States Toxic Substances Control Act and is a law to regulate the
use of harmful chemicals - an American counterpart to the European REACH regulation.

TSCA regulates the use of e.g. asbestos, lead (in paint), metallic mercury and a range of
organic substances and solvents for products distributed in the US.

As we sell basic metal products, we can safely say that our products do not contain TSCA
restricted substances.
